The way that you feel about yourself has a direct impact on your happiness level. Although developing more confidence is often easier said than done, there are a number of things that you can do to develop a better relationship with yourself and enhance your self-esteem. Look for Easy Fixes

While there are no easy fixes for your mental state, you could find that changing a few things about yourself that you don’t like makes it easier for you to develop the self-esteem that you need. For instance, if you’re unhappy with your weight, then you can put a diet and exercise regime in place that allows you to cut down on some of the extra pounds. Even issues that were previously seen as unfixable, like continued thinning or complete hair loss, might be easier to deal with today than they once were.
